Food Judge

For the last few years, Chef Jason Mitchell has been invited to be the authority at the Teton County Fair, judging baked goods, pickled products, jams and jellies and even eggs.
Locally sourced and organic farm to table production and seasonality is something that Chef Jason Mitchell believes in with his soul.

Chef is also the local celebrity chef and judge for the annual High Noon Chili Cook-Off, a benefit that supports the local Boy Scouts and a Spring time ritual kicking off the Elk Fest in Jackson Hole Wyoming.
